After giving it some thought, and considering that Melbourne is now my permanent abode, I have still decided to keep the title DOFK for my site and online creative activities.

It may seem to make no sense: why not Daily Observations from Australia?

The answer is that my activities in South Korea, and the overall experience, in particular in a creative sense, were ground breaking for me on a personal level. The site also has a group of regular visitors, and I don’t wish to begin from scratch again, thus throwing things into uncertainty.

With this in mind, I have decided that it’s best to leave the title as it is, and continue to document everyday life and experience, as it plays out in Melbourne, Australia. In a sense, this site is a dedication to Korea, and the experience that I had there, but things change. Yet the title does not need to, in this case.

It’s my endeavour to continue to update the site on a daily basis, with images that somehow leave an imprint of my experiences: the things I’ve seen.
