I experimented with a single theme this week. I was working loosely with the idea of two. The concept of two seems to offer a lot of possibilities, and to be appropriate to the political situation here in Korea. It also introduces concepts of duality, which as an idea is vast in its scope.

Naturally, the change of approach has also led to an alteration of my working method. So far, it’s lowered my output, although I’m not sure about an increase in quality yet. I’ve been working for so long in a random fashion.

It seems almost crude to talk about my work in terms of efficiency - it’s not a business. However, my time here in Korea is limited, and I’m conscious of using it in the best possible way.
