It’s been a long time coming, but I’m afraid that I cannot write about this theme without giving myself rope (which I eventually end up tripping on).

I thought before the onset of this series that I had a clear view of what I was hoping to say through the images: clear enough to write my weekly essay, at least.

The fact is, I can’t seem to get the words out, without them coming across as didactic and preachy - and I really don’t want to do that.

For this one, it’s up to you folks. Bring what you will to the images. Draw your own conclusions from them, please. There are signs and traces of ideas that I have about the series, perhaps you can pick up on them, and add your own.

On another note. I can’t but notice that every series that I have in the works seems to require a “part two”. So from next week, I’ll begin publishing fourteen day series. It’s a trial to see if that format will work better.
